A view from 1939:
PARK CITY, (3,410 alt., 350 pop.), was
first called Rim Rock. Settlers planted elm, maple, and evergreens
on the prairie, to the north of the town; the grove is used
as a tourist camp. Farmers from surrounding ranches sell fruits
and vegetables at roadside stands near the village throughout
the summer.
